All of our food is made fresh daily on the premises from locally sourced ingredients. We aim to give the local community tasty, healthy food that's nutritious and delicious — with no additives and nothing artificial.
We limit sugar and dairy and cater for a wide range of dietary needs, with gluten free, paleo and vegetarian options available every day. You'll find us sharing a home with TandEm CrossFit — fuel and training under one roof.
